Meet the Teachers:
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of teaching and caring for your children! I am so excited to work with you!
My name is Annette Moore and I was born and raised in Evansville. I graduated in 1985 from Central High School. I have two children from my first marriage, a son named Dustin who is 21 years old and a daughter named Ashley who is 18 years old. After I raised my two children, I decided to go back to college. I enrolled at Ivy Tech in the fall of 2012. I am getting my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development and already have my CDA. After I get my Associates, I would like to go to USI and get my Bachelor's Degree.
In the Spring of 2014, I married my high school sweetheart and his name is Rodger Moore. Then, in June of 2014, I had the opportunity to come work at PCCC. It was and is such a blessing! I love to read and spend time with my children, husband, and twin sister. My favorite color is blue and I love chocolate!
I am Tina Montoya. I graduated from North High School in 2014. I took Early Childhood Education class my Junior and Senior year. I now work at the child care I used to go to for school which is here at PCCC and it is my very first job! I have my CDA (Child Development Certificate) specializing in Infants/Toddlers. I chose to be in childcare because I really love to be around the children and teach them all sorts of things! I had no clue I actually wanted to be in childcare until my Junior year of high school. I had to pick out an elective to take and nothing seemed to interest me, so I decided to take the ECE classes and it turned out I really loved it! I loved it so much I went to college for Early Childhood Education and am currently working towards my Associate Degree.
Some things I like are scrapbooking, going outside, and playing with my two dogs Jelena and Tahlia. I also have four nieces who mean the absolute word to me named Kathrin, Journey, Savannah, and LIliana.
Thank you for entrusing me to love and teach your child! I love what I do and can't wait to meet you and your child!
